Flis - the company which manufactures wafer products is known for the high quality of its products. The high quality is guaranteed by:

- changing of the product and trade policy strategy, as well as
- introducing the integrated Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP)
The HACCP system is an effective method which guarantees the health safety of our products, and which identifies and controls biological, chemical and physical dangers which are crucial for health and important for food safety. HACCP Team Members represent the whole manufacturing process and have the necessary knowledge, qualifications and practical experience. The HACCP system is based on the practical use of Good Manufacturing Practice, which assures that those products are manufactured and controlled according to the requirements. GMP underlines the exact following of instructions (after checking if the right instructions are available), making sure that only identified and labeled materials are used and that the equipment and tools used are in the proper technical condition, that everything is kept clean, mistakes and errors are immediately reported, and all reports are completed in full. The second important aspect is the application of the rules of Good Hygienic Practice, including e.g. regulations about the company's premises, buildings, rooms, installation systems, appliances, equipment, cleaning and disinfection process, the staff's personal hygiene, pest monitoring, requirements for raw materials, packages, the ready product and transportation.
The basic document in Z.P.C. FLIS which describes the Quality Management System is the Book of Quality. It describes how the managing of the company's fields of activity is proceeding while manufacturing the quality product and how proper customer service is provided. The owners of the company have established the quality policy and aims to be achieved which are based on the long-term objectives. Those objectives have been defined, and their realization assured through defining the necessary processes. Moreover, every process has its own measurable objectives, and the achievement of those objectives is guaranteed by providing the necessary resources. The whole documentation system has been created in the company to enable the planned control of procedural processes.
The ISO 9001:2000 Certificate with HACCP was granted in July 2003.
